Adding a Co-Collaborator to Your Event

PixelParty lets you invite another person to help manage your event. This is perfect if you're planning with a friend, partner, or team member.


Step 1: Generate a Collaborator ID

  1. Log in to your PixelParty account.

  2. Select the event card for the event you want to share.

  3. Tap Event Settings.

  4. Scroll and select the option called Event Collaborator.

  5. A modal will appear with your unique Collaborator ID.

  6. Share this Collaborator ID with the person you want to invite.


Step 2: Have the Other Person Join

  1. The other person needs to sign up for a PixelParty account.

  2. After logging in, they should select Settings from the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Import Collaborator ID.

  4. Enter the Collaborator ID you provided.


Access Granted

Once submitted, the collaborator will gain access to the shared event. They can help manage, edit, and update event details just like you.
