How to Download and Save Your Event QR Code

If you are having trouble downloading and saving your QR code for an event, follow the steps below depending on your device.

On Desktop:

1. When you click the download button for your QR code, a file will be downloaded.
2. Depending on your browser, you will be asked where you would like to save the file. Choose your preferred location (e.g., Downloads folder or desktop).
3. Once saved, you can open the file and use your QR code.

On Android:

1. After clicking the download button for your QR code, it will typically save to your Photos album.
2. If you cannot find it there, it may be in your Downloads folder.
3. Open the Files app (or the file manager on your device).
4. Go to the Downloads folder, and you should find the QR code there.
5. You can now access it and use it as needed.

On iOS (iPhone/iPad):

1. When you download the QR code, iOS typically saves it in the Downloads folder.
2. To find your download, go to the Files app on your device.
3. Navigate to Browse > On My iPhone/iPad > Downloads.
4. You should see your downloaded QR code there.
5. If you're still having trouble, check the Photos app—iOS might automatically add downloaded images there as well.
