You can access your PixelParty gallery for up to 12 months from the event date giving you plenty of time to view, revisit, and download your memories!
? What About Uploads?
Guests will have a 6-month upload window from your selected event date. During this time, they can continue to scan the QR code or use the event link to upload photos from their device.
After the 6 months pass, uploads will be disabled, but your gallery will remain viewable and downloadable for the full 12 months.
? Hosting an Event in the Past?
If you’re creating a gallery for an event that has already taken place, PixelParty will use your selected event date to start the upload and access window.
❌ Want to Close Access Early?
As the host, you’re in control you can choose to hide your gallery manually at any time from your dashboard.
